accesso Technology Group, providers of technological solutions for the attractions industry worldwide, has teamed up with OWA Parks & Resort, to provide its accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing suite and accesso Siriusware point-of-sale ticketing system to the attractions site.

OWA Parks & Resort (OWA) is an entertainment destination located in Alabama. It is owned and operated by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.

The adoption of accesso’s advanced ticketing solutions is aimed at enhancing OWA’s ticketing operations, as the site prepares for the opening of its new indoor waterpark in 2022.

The accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing suite is designed to minimise cart abandonment while maximising conversions. The accesso Siriusware point-of-sale solution enables operators to bring on-site ticketing with membership, retail, food and drink, rental support, and more, into a single system.

Kristin Hellmich, director of marketing & public relations at OWA Parks & Resort, commented on the collaboration: “Our team is excited to join forces with accesso to offer new and enhanced ticketing options for our valued guests.

Steve Brown, accesso CEO, shared his enthusiasm of the partnership, stating:

“We are pleased to have partnered with OWA Parks & Resort and look forward to playing an integral role in the memorable experience the destination provides its guests.

“A unique operator like OWA Parks & Resort, with such multifaceted offerings, requires technology designed to heighten visitor engagement and simplify operations, and we’re honoured to support that through our award-winning solutions,” Brown continued.
