Apex Parks Group has announced the opening of three new Spin Zone Bumper Cars attractions at Boomers parks in Modesto, Fresno, and Upland, California. All three locations opened the indoor bumper car experience and welcomed the first riders last week.
The Spin Zone Bumper Cars are located inside the arcade buildings of the venues, allowing for all-weather operation. The round cars spin when bumped, creating a unique ride experience for guests.
In addition to the Spin Zone Bumper Cars, the three Boomers parks are finishing up upgrades, refurbishments and remodels. Work on each of the parks’ upgrades have been progressing since January and are part of a greater commitment made by Apex Parks Group to improve guest experience at all of its properties.
“The overall experience for our guests will be enhanced greatly with a new indoor attraction, the addition of beer and wine, and the facility improvements,” said Misty Romero, general manager of Boomers Modesto. “We have been with Apex Parks Group for a little over a year now, and the investment that the company has made in the parks is impressive.”
Based in Aliso Viejo, California, Apex currently operates 13 family entertainment centres, two waterparks and one amusement park in the US.
