Triotech has announced that its award-winning Interactive Dark Ride attraction will be unveiled at Bollywood Parks Dubai, part of the sprawling Dubai Parks and Resorts project, on October 31.

The Canadian company has been selected amongst several world-leading players in the entertainment rides industry, each of which are currently finalising their installations at the soon-to-open Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Middle East’s largest integrated theme park.

Branded as ‘Sholay’, the title of a popular Bollywood movie, Triotech’s Interactive Dark Ride will deliver rich multi-sensory adventures with cutting-edge graphics and visual effects, transporting users into an immersive adventure.

“It’s an honour for our company to have been selected for this project at Bollywood Parks Dubai,” said Ernest Yale, president and CEO of Triotech.

When it opens at the end of October, the $3.5bn Dubai Parks and Resorts project will be the Middle East’s largest multi-themed leisure and entertainment destination.

The resort will comprise three separate theme parks: Motiongate Dubai, Legoland Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai. It will also host the region’s first Legoland Water Park.
