An additional four attractions are to be added to the popular CBeebies Land at the UK’s biggest theme park of Alton Towers.

The attractions have been created with learning at the forefront of thinking – encouraging children to learn and play in a fun environment through using their imagination and be inspired.

A new adventure land called Hey Duggee Big Adventure Badge will include a live show as well as climbing and slide apparatus.

At Jojo & Gran Gran at Home, the little ones will be able to explore Gran Gran’s house, just like the TV animation series.

One creature which always gives curiosity to children is dinosaurs and dino fans will be happy to hear of a new live interactive show called Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig. Youngsters will be able to immerse themselves with the sounds of the prehistoric era.

The expansion of CBeebies Land will also include a new entrance area called the CBeebies interactive trail.

Nathan Spence, Head of Attractions and Live Entertainment at BBC said: “CBeebies Land offers a brilliant and unique opportunity for young children and their families to experience some of their favourite CBeebies shows and friends as they are brought to life.

“The additions of the brand-new Hey Duggee play and adventure land and live show, plus Jojo & Gran Gran, Andy’s Adventures attractions and themed hotel rooms are incredibly exciting and add to what is already a rich portfolio of children’s brands in this dedicated Land.”
