WhiteWater has revealed details of the unique waterpark concept it has developed together with Cirque du Soleil.

The result is a park that entertains visitors both in the daytime and after sun down. By day, visitors enjoy a range of thrilling water rides and slides, while at night they’ll have the chance to experience a completely transformed environment. The waterpark morphs into a venue with music, specialty food and drinks, and picturesque illuminated trails.

A programme of 15-minute shows will be staged against the very same attractions that guests were enjoying in the day. These breathtaking productions will feature Cirque du Soleil performers and run several times each night.

Cirque and WhiteWater say they have made sure to keep in mind both the guests and the park operators while  crafting the concept. The “unparalleled and unique experience” encourages repeat visits, while the lengthened operating hours increases revenue by using the same park infrastructure.
Details of where the first park will be built will be announced in due course.
