What do an outdoor centre, a charity, a local authority and a fire service all have in common? They’ve all just purchased climbing towers from UK-based interactive family attractions specialist Innovative Leisure.

Climbing towers and walls have been successful products for UK-based Innovative Leisure for many years and have proved a popular choice with a wide range of operators and organisations for many different reasons.

At the Eye Feel Good charity foundation in Northern Ireland, which aims to raise money through organised events, donating to those living with cancer within the community, founder Richard Fee took delivery of his wall in April.

The attraction will be used for fund raising events for the charity while also being hired out, and Fee commented: “As a charity we were given the opportunity of some funding and thought long and hard about how we should use it. Having decided on a Climbing Tower we did a lot of research into suppliers and read about Innovative Leisure.

“We wanted to use an experienced company and having made some inquiries were very impressed with what Innovative Leisure had to offer and their customer service, so we decided to buy from them.

“We’ll be using it for fund raising activities for our own charity as well as hiring it out for corporate days, to local councils and to other groups, to raise additional funds for our charity. We’ve only had it for a week but it’s proving massively popular with the local community."

Another recent delivery has been made at LlÅ·n Adventures in North Wales, which provides a range of outdoor activities for anyone looking for excitement and a challenge. The organisation’s climbing tower features a number of different climbs that make it suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.

Additional towers are due for delivery in the UK for the 2012 season.
