Convious, a leader in the eCommerce leisure industry, has announced an agreement with Drayton Manor Resort.

The software developer and app innovator has the primary focus to introduce dynamic pricing to the park.

The collaboration aims to streamline performance on behalf of a parkwide ticketing solution. Convious will work with the Staffordshire park in areas such as operational management, finance and guest experience features. Through this, the objective is to complete real-time insights and gain further control of customer experience – maximised through one cloud-based platform.

Andy Povey, managing director UK & Ireland at Convious, reveals more about the agreement: “Over 80 percent of theme park web traffic comes from mobile users, making a seamless end-to-end digital journey crucial for venues to deliver high-end customer experiences and drive conversions.

“Our platform is a next-generation solution created by digital natives and designed especially for experience economy businesses. We understand the nuances and challenges of this industry and have created a solution that can incorporate legacy systems and streamline the digital workflow to enhance performance, improve efficiency and deliver strategic insights that drive results.”

Katy Oram, interim managing director from Drayton Manor Resort, stated: “We are always looking at ways to enhance the guest experience across the Resort and the Convious system allows us to do this. The system allows us to have access to unrivalled insights, see real-time performance and make more informed data driven decisions to enable better connections with our customers.”
