On October 15 and 16, Disneyland Paris hosted the French Paralympic delegation to congratulate the athletes for representing France at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio.
The athletes and their families enjoyed various attractions and then took part in a parade to celebrate their performances during the competition.
“This event in our resort illustrates the values Disneyland Paris and the French Paralympic and sports delegation share,” said Disneyland Paris operator, Euro Disney SCA.
“This was clear when the first half marathon weekend at Disneyland Paris, Val d’Europe, was held from September 22-25, when nearly 15 000 participants were present, including a great number of runners with disabilities.
“At Disneyland Paris we have always been keen to improve accessibility, in order to offer all our guests an unforgettable experience.”
