Disneyland Paris has confirmed it will stay closed until early next year. The announcement was made in response to the latest government measures related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The theme park was due to reopen for the festive season but will now remain closed until February 12, 2021. In a statement, Disneyland Paris said: “While we were hoping to be able to reope during the Christmas holiday season, the latest measures announced for France do not allow us to deliver the Disneyland Paris experience.

“Therefore, the destination will remain closed until 112 February 2021.

“We look forward to welcoming you upon our reopening. In the meantime, if you have a booking with us during the period we are closed, please check here [our website] for our latest commercial conditions.

“We thank you for your continued loyalty and understanding.”

The resort first closed in March when the lockdown was announced in France. It reopened on July 15 but was forced to close again on October 29 due to further Covid-19 restrictions.
