The first DNA Association seminar run in affiliation with EAG International Expo took place the day before the London amusements show last month, attracting more than 30 attendees.

Battling snowy conditions to attend an event filled with high-profile presentations and some exclusive announcements, including news of a major new UK facility project, the DNA London Seminar provided a clear update on the digital out-of-home entertainment sector.

This year's London Seminar – the third DNA Association conference – included a keynote address from Randy White of White Hutchinson Leisure and Learning Group.

The seminar's coverage of new technologies and applications in the leisure and entertainment market incorporated a session assessing new interactive dark rides from developers such as Triotech and de Pinxi.

In another effort to highlight new models of innovation and trends in the DOE sector, the DNA London Seminar included a valuable session on the powering of mobile apps in the leisure arena, featuring speakers from Dogfi.sh Mobile, Hide and Seek and Theme Park Nerd.
