The highly-awaited Festival of Wonder taking place at Silver Dollar City theme park in Missouri, will see world leaders in live performance, acrobatics and unconventional music perform daily throughout the three-week festival.

Hailed as “A Most Amazing Entertainment Experience,” the Festival of Wonder is to feature highly entertaining performances, which promise to wow audiences with pyro theatrics, aerial acrobatics and multimedia experiences combining lasers, special effects and even fire.

One act to perform at this year’s festival is Phoenix Fire, a leading global act in pyro and special effects theatrics. With more than 20 years’ experience, the Vienna-based act is widely viewed as the forerunner of laser, LED and light performance, whose theatrics are brought to life with projection mapping, black lights, interactive visuals and pixel programming.

Rex Burdette, SDC Entertainment & Events Manager, who travels the world scouting and booking artists to perform at SDC, said:

“These are acts you don’t just walk into. These are acts from all across the globe we have scouted. Many are TV sensations known for their unique presentations you won’t find anywhere else.”

CirqUnique will also be taking to Silver Dollar City’s stages, performing five new acts, including, direct from America’s Got Talent, the high-flying “Duo Ignite.”

Hot on Phoenix Fire and CirqUnique’s heels will be the “Wheel of Danger,” an 18-foot-tall revolving pendulum, maneuvered by circus performer Jayson Dominguez, another of many world leaders in performance, acrobatics and unconventional music performing in the Missouri theme park this April.

The Festival of Wonder 2019 is being held from April 20 – 28.
