Evermore Orlando Resort is coming to Central Florida. The new $1.5 billion resort will be located next to Walt Disney World.

The 1,100-acre ‘mega resort’ will be a luxury development comprising of family-style holiday villas and apartments and an upscale Conrad Hotel with 433 rooms, all on Disney’s doorstep. There will be a total of 10,000 bedrooms at the new resort. Guests will also be able to relax on a 20-acre tropical beach complex and in a crystal lagoon.

The first phase, which comprises of 1,500 bedrooms, will open in 2023. The remainder of the resort will be constructed in a number of phases over the next five to six years.

The Evermore Orlando Resort will essentially replace the villas of the Grand Cypress and the Grand Cypress Golf Club, which opened in 1984. The resort promises to be luxury and opulent, with the standout features being the tropical beach complex and Evermore Bay, an 8-acre crystalline water amenity designed by Crystal Lagoons.
