Earlier this month, the Brandon Agency claimed that Freestyle Music Park, formerly Hard Rock Park, owed more than $1.4m in unpaid balances.

The lawsuit has since been retracted without prejudice and Brandon Agency representatives said they have agreed to work towards a resolution to settle the claims.

Neither the details of the agreement nor the full amount of money involved have been released.
