Fun Spot Manufacturing, a leading designer and manufacturer of trampoline and adventure parks, has partnered with SUMBA, creators of a cloud-based system of engagement for the maintenance, operations, and education for the location-based entertainment industry.

The partnership will mean the two teams can help parks navigate post-coronavirus waters with greater success through e-learning features, compliancy tools, and more.

Matt Hubbard, director of sales and design at Fun Spot, commented on the alliance. “In 2019, we were already considering how we could provide a more efficient court monitor, safety training and inspection platform for our customers.

“Upon learning about the SUMBA platform and the history and knowledge of the owners and developers of the system, we began an exhaustive process of due diligence and came to a determination that this partnership would bring a unique product and unparalleled value to our park owners and operators,” said Hubbard.

Jason Proffitt, CEO and co-founder of SUMBA, shared his enthusiasm of the partnership: “We see the E-Learning features being a valuable tool as parks start the process of re-hiring or acclimating their pre-COVID-19 employees to changes that may be coming within their parks.

“We are excited about our partnership with Fun Spot and the opportunity to provide a cost-savings approach to getting these parks running efficiently and in compliance with current and potentially new regulations as we all start to consider what will be the ‘new normal’ for the industry,” Proffitt continued.
