It has been confirmed that Hong Kong Disneyland will reopen on June 18. On reopening, the park will operate with reduced capacity and with enhanced health and safety measures in place, including a new reservation system for visitors.

All guests will need to reserve tickets for the park on the Disneyland Park Visit Reservation website. Reservations must be shown when entering the site. Children under three are not required to have a reservation and can enjoy free admission as usual.

Social distancing will be enforced in queues for attractions, restaurants and at other facilities. Close-up photos with characters and other experiences that require close interaction between guests and characters will be suspended temporarily. Hong Kong Disneyland’s hotel services are gradually reopening.

Disinfection and hand sanitisation stations will be set up around the park to strengthen cleanliness standards.

Talking about the additional health and safety procedures, Disneyworld Hong Kong said: “We all have an important role to play in promoting health and safety. As we do our part, we also ask our guests to do theirs, by wearing face masks, respecting social distancing and other guidelines.”
