Guzzi Eugenio moved to the north of Italy when he was just a teenager, and after working for numerous companies he started his career in the amusements industry by buying a trampoline and managing it in a small seaside resort.

Some years later, Eugenio settled in Cavezzo, a small town near Modena, he got married and began manufacturing and selling trampolines to operators around the world.

In 1987, the company Guzzi Eugenio was born, and the group continues to grow its presence as a leading global manufacturer of trampolines, ball pools, elastic springboards, games rooms, indoor play structures and a range of other related products for amusement parks and family entertainment centres.

With more than 25 years of experience, Eugenio is continuously improving his products, which have achieved the best features of safety and efficiency.

"In the last two or three years we have seen that the trend towards elastic trampolines is increasing" he said. "The first half of 2012 has been quite a success, with some great orders from the Middle East and Europe as well.

Guzzi Eugenio is currently targeting markets around South America. "We are also becoming increasingly popular in the Middle East, which for several years has been absorbing more than 50 per cent of our exports. In addition we are strengthening the European market, which ultimately gives signs of recovery despite the economic crisis.

"For the rest of 2012 we hope that there are decisive responses from European markets that are hardest hit by the economic crisis. We hope for the future to be able to confirm, and perhaps improve, the positive trend of the foreign market."
