ITEC Entertainment Corporation, the global industry leader of entertainment solutions, has announced the appointment of Charlie Wissig, who will be joining the company as creative director.

Wissig is specialist illustrator and designer in the theme park industry. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the creation and implementation of new concept in mediums for themed entertainment design and development, having worked for a string of leading themed entertainment companies and projects.

Charlie Wissig’s most recent position was senior art director at Dreampark International where he directed the creative design of themed rides, walkways and structures in regions in Asia.

Wissig’s impressive career portfolio includes, prior to Dreampark, working at Walt Disney World Company as a contracted senior art director. During his time at Walt Disney World, Wissig oversaw the design and installation of Disney displays throughout Asia.

ITEC Entertainment’s new creative director was also a former designer and illustrator for Universal Studios, where he designed a long list of attractions for Halloween Horror Nights, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and the Island of Adventures.

Bill Coan, present and CEO of ITEC Entertainment, commented on the new appointment.

Wissig shared his enthusiasm for joining the ITEC Entertainment team, commenting:
