The expo has grown to become the largest trade show and conference for the attractions industry in Asia. The 2010 edition will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on July 14-16.

"We look forward to bringing Asian Attractions Expo to Malaysia in 2010, a location with a rich history and stunning attractions," said Charles Bray, president and CEO of IAAPA.

Located in the heart of Petronas’ Kuala Lumpur City Centre development, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre has hosted 1,800 events and contributed more than US$500m to the city’s economy.

The sprawling venue includes two auditoriums, 9,710sq.m of exhibition halls, a grand ballroom, banquet hall, conference hall and 20 other meeting rooms.

Bray continued: "We are continually impressed by the growth and development of the Asian attractions industry and see this as the perfect place for attractions professionals to see what’s happening in the industry, learn about trends and best practices, meet, collaborate, and experience amazing, world-class attractions in Asia."

This year’s edition of the event is set to take place in the COEX Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seoul, South Korea on June 10-12.
