The New York Botanical Garden (NYBG), the United States’ largest city botanical garden, has partnered with accesso Technology Group, a leading technology solutions provider for attractions and venues around the world.

The strategic three-year partnership will involve the implementation of a multiphase integration of ticketing, eCommerce and global distribution system, due to launch in the autumn of 2019.

The accesso Passport ticketing platform offers customers a convenient purchasing experience, whether they buy their tickets online or at the gate.

The accesso Siriusware software suite enables NYBC to gain insight into visitation patterns and visitor behaviors.

The NYBC attracts more than 1 million visitors each year to its green oasis in the heart of the Bronx.

The New York Botanical Garden wanted to partner with an exceptional technology company that can cater for changing consumer demands and the company’s future needs.
