ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure, the 85-acre dinosaur park in Norfolk, has announced a new investment for the new year. The destination will be launching 11 new animatronic dinosaurs, which will open in spring 2022.

Also coming to the park will be nine new static dinosaurs, which will be added to the 54 that already line the park’s dinosaur trail.

The £300,000 investment is part of ROARR!’s aim to provide guests with an immersive and engaging experience.

Visitors will be greeted by a statue of Cornelius Weston Smythe, the legendary explorer from Norfolk. The new attraction will feature voiceovers from Cornelius, alongside a series of dinosaur noises, providing an interactive experience for dinosaur fans.

The site has been consulting with Katapult, specialists in creating and designing themed attractions and experiences, for assistance with new offering at the dinosaur adventure park, including concept design.

Adam Goymour, park director at ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure said: “Our most recent and significant investment was Dippy’s Theatre at £300,000 which opened in spring 2021 to rave reviews, providing two new experiences and three different activities and we’re looking forward to investing and expanding our dinosaur repertoire even further with the Valley of the Dinosaurs.

“We want our dinosaur fans to have even more to experience and enjoy next year whilst giving our new visitors a remarkable day out, so they want to come back time and time again.”
