Sanderson Group has been appointed the official project master planner for Margarana DreamCity in Bali, Indonesia. The project, with a total gross development value of $5bn, has been hailed as the world’s first ‘Innergy City’.
The 610-acre project is said to combine universal positive energy through the Innergy Tower drawing the positive ‘chi’ into the green Innergy City development. It will feature 100 acres of movie studios, hotels and resorts, Stone Age Park and a City of Lights arena.
Innergy City is poised to transform the landscape of Northern Bali, supporting the vision of the Indonesian Government and the Ministry of Tourism to develop the region as the upcoming world class tourism hub.
