SeaWorld Entertainment has announced the formation of a Resorts Development Group, with Steve Iandolo being appointed as vice president of the division.

Iandolo, a 30-year hospitality industry veteran, will be responsible for leading SeaWorld’s resort construction and development effort.

In other company news, SeaWorld has unveiled a raft of changes to its operational management team at its corporate headquarters in San Diego, San Antonio and Williamsburg locations.

John Reilly, president of SeaWorld San Diego, has been promoted to chief parks operations officer, replacing Daniel Brown, who is retiring.

Christopher Dold, vice president of veterinary services, has been promoted to chief zoological officer for SeaWorld.
