Ramayana Water Park, the biggest waterpark in Thailand, has gone digital with its safety and maintenance operations, following the implementation of the Mobaro Park system.

The implementation of the solution began with a three-day workshop facilitated by Mobaro Park’s Asia representative, Anna Danau, and consisted of a thorough implementation and training session involving staff and management.

The workshop went with learning, testing and more testing, and ended with a total digital conversion, with all the Ramayana user groups using mobile checklists and communicating with one another in a fast, methodical and effective manner using the Mobaro Park system.

The park’s management quickly decided to include the F&B team, cleaning team and security team, and after completing his training, the park president brought in the marketing team for them to benefit from the system.

Commenting on the installation, Danau said: “I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with all of the staff and management’s ability to learn quickly and to convert naturally to mobile checklists – but it doesn’t end here.

“Of course, we’ll continue to work with Ramayana to make system improvements and make sure the system is working for them in the best way possible and I look forward to our close and continuous partnership.”
