Venues in the UK are launching new climbing attractions designed and manufactured by Innovative Leisure, adventure attraction specialists.

The products are designed to bring physically challenging adventure to guests of all ages, including high rope courses, junior rope courses and climbing walls of different configurations and that offer different experiences.

Two climbing walls have been among the installations completed by Innovative Leisure during the past 12 months.

The company recently installed a four panel DigiWall interactive climbing wall at the Chamwell Centre in Gloucester. The wall measures 2.8m high and 4.5m wide. The centre caters for students with severe learning difficulties.

The DigiWall fuses a climbing wall with a computer game. The interactive attraction requires climbers to use their whole body to play and compete with other participants to follow lights and sounds on the wall via multi-sensory games. With touch sensitivity technology, the attraction provides experiences built on physical activity and the use of multiple senses.

Commenting on the installation of the DigiWall, Mandy Phillips, centre co-ordinator said: “The training and handover by Innovative Leisure was friendly, efficient and informative and the team was really courteous and helpful.”
