The Swan Reserve Hotel, which is to open soon at Walt Disney World, is to have four different dining outlets.

The new hotel will feature Amare, a signature Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, which will echo the high-end dining credentials of the hotel’s sister hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

Amare, meaning ‘love’ in Italian, will focus on fresh Mediterranean dishes, made from the finest of Mediterranean produce and accompanied with an extensive wine list from the region.

Luciano Sperduto, director of food and drinks at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, said: “At Amare, our guests experience a journey to the Mediterranean region through their palates. It’s a region with such a rich history of food, with so many great flavours to feature. The concept gave our culinary team an opportunity to really flex their creative muscles. There are great options for everyone to love.

At the hotel’s Tangerine dining site, guests will be able to enjoy signature drinks and tasty snacks at the poolside.

The grab-and-go outlet known as Grounds, will be home to sandwiches, coffees, pastries and more. The fourth dining choice at the hotel is named Stir, where speciality cocktails and light bites are served.
