During the European Attractions Show, which takes place in Amsterdam on September 30-October 2, there will be a special quest for managers of visitor attractions.

On the Focus on Young booth, six relatively young enterprises in the leisure business will form the ‘X-perience’ jury twice a day.

The six entrepreneurs will confront participants with critical questions on the proposed attraction or activity. Issues like theming, visitor marketing, design and items to increase revenues are fired towards the person in the spotlight.

The goal is to improve the strategy on guest’s experience for a long-term profit. "The contestant of this special EAS-edition of the X-factor goes home with some new and fresh insights," the show organisers said. "Serious as it sounds, the aim of the game is to create some hilarious moments and add some fun factor to the show."
