Six Flags Over Texas has confirmed that their new water coaster, Aquaman: Power Wave, will open on 11 March.
The attraction is a first-of-its-kind water coaster and will be the park’s 14th coaster.
Aquaman: Power Wave is a launch-style suspended coaster. It will consist of launching riders both backward and forward to a summit of 148-foot twin track towers. Riders will then plunge down to more than 700ft of track.
Aquaman: Power Wave will race along to a top speed of 63mph before hurtling riders toward the final splash feature.
The blue structure fits perfectly with the sea theme and promises to bring many a thrill to fans of the worldwide smash hit franchise that is Aquaman.
