CTC Ice & Snow, located in Shanghai Lingang New City, will officially open on September 6, 2024. Spanning 350,000 square meters, the urban snow and ice resort is designed with an Alpine theme and offers a comprehensive experience, including food, lodging, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.ย
The resort boasts the **world’s largest indoor real-snow skiing slope**, covering 90,000 square meters with nearly 20 snow activities. Additionally, the 20,000-square-meter Snow Water World will feature nearly 20 water attractions, with the indoor section opening in 2024 and the outdoor section scheduled for next summer.
CTC Ice & Snow (Shanghai), part of the resort, includes three star-rated hotels, one equipped with a rooftop gondola connecting to the slopes. Another unique feature is a hotel with 17 slide-in/out suites, allowing guests direct access to the ski slopes from their balconies.
The resort also features a multi-purpose exhibition centre and a snow-and-ice-themed commercial town, making it a must-visit destination for both snow enthusiasts and leisure travellers.
