Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC) & Larson have merged to create a new partnership in the amusement industry.
Effective immediately, both brands will be part of the same organisation to ‘provide a broader ride portfolio.’
Both companies state that the new organisation will “generate synergies through business development, engineering, manufacturing, and a streamlined back office.”
The dual entity will be overseen by Darren Torr, President and CEO. Torr commented that “I am excited to bring together these two incredible organisations. Our values are closely aligned, and I look forward to future success by putting out incredible rides, providing a great value, and treating our customers and crew members like family.
“Additionally, I’m looking forward to being located closer to the National Roller Coaster Museum and Archives and supporting their mission.
The official statement also added that no changes to its current staff are planned and that both RMC and Larson International will participate in the upcoming 2023 IAAPA Florida tradeshow independently.
