Tianjin Indoor Ice and Snow World to Invest 2.5 Billion Yuan

The Tianjin Indoor Ice and Snow World project was officially signed on September 2, 2024, marking a significant milestone for the Binhai New Area. The project, with an investment of 2.5 billion yuan by Mingxing Ice & Snow (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd, is set to become one of China’s largest indoor ski resorts.

Located at Hangu Changlu Salt Farm in the Binhai New Area, the ski resort will accommodate up to 8,000 people at a time. In addition to skiing, the project will feature ice and snow-themed hotels, commercial complexes, and cultural attractions, including the “Ancient Salt System” and “Colourful Salt Field.”

This ambitious project aims to create an international tourism destination, enriching Tianjinโ€™s tourism resources and boosting local economic development.
