Huadao Capital has invested 100 million yuan in a cultural tourism project in Qinghao, China. The Qingdao Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, together with the Shibei District government and the Shandong Zhongge Century Industrial Group Co. Ltd. recently held an online signing ceremony for the development of the project.

Despite the COVID-19 virus breaking out in China in early 2020, the Qingdao Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau continued to work on the project and adopted a new model of online investment to collaborate with investors.  Consequently, the project was finally agreed and settled in the Shibei District.

Known as Zhongge, the cultural tourism project will include urban style art exhibitions, a Qingdao Music Festival, and art training sessions. Zhongge aims to attract creative young people from around the world and inject innovative energy into Qingdao.
