Through this appointment, Randy will harness his experience working alongside museums, theme parks, water parks, zoos and aquariums to improve the guest experience of ICON Experiences projects. Randy will provide technology and e-commerce consulting solutions to improve the overall guest experience.

His experience takes in a near twenty year professional trajectory working in several capacities for Wild Rivers Waterpark and Walt Disney Parks. He became the founder of Team Trajectory, a consulting firm that specialised in ticketing, technology, e-commerce and best practices for the attractions industry.
Randy has led Gateway Ticketing’s wildlife and conservation division and expanded services to include ticketing strategy for themed attractions, zoos, museums and aquariums.
