Semnox, an integrated tech solutions company for entertainment and leisure, won a Brass Ring Award at the 2022 IAAPA Expo for the best amusement-related equipment, services, and supplies.

The Brass Ring Award is given to the best amusement-related equipment and services. It also includes accessories such as cables, batteries, lights, computer systems, and other equipment that are not covered in any other award category. The second-place equipment is the Semnox Parafait LuminOS debit card reader. It features tap-to play technology, 256+ colors, multi-language support for audio and display, making it very inclusive, user-friendly and aesthetic. The device is FCC/CE-certified, customizable, and can sense taps anywhere on the screen.

With LuminOS operating in multiple locations and over 700 readers deployed, customers are now able to take advantage of the multi-play and variable pricing options that the readers provide. Semnox looks forward to creating more innovative products in the industry to allow operators to maximize the use of new technologies and exceed customer expectations.

The Parafait FEC Solution software by Semnox is a complete solution for entertainment venues. It includes self-service kiosks to book and redeem tickets, SmartFun, an app for FECs and a variety of RFID readers.

The Global Association for the Attraction Industry (IAAPA) was established in 1918. It represents more than 100 members, including leading suppliers and companies. Its conferences and events around the world help to spread success stories and provide valuable resources.

Semnox Americas Chief Executive Officer Kiran Karanki stated that “The IAAPA Orlando Show is always something we look forward too, where we meet our customers, prospects and partners.” We have always found it a great opportunity to get feedback from our customers, and channel that information towards the product roadmap.
