Toverland has unveiled its latest attraction: “Aqua Bellatores” or water fighters, will be a water show filled with 32 waterfalls, 17 fountains and a three-and-a-half-metre-wide tidal wave.

Luke Verhoeven, Entertainment Manager Toverland, said: “When we developed Aqua Bellatores, we assumed it would be a big spectacle. With a combination of parkour, trampolines, zip lines and water effects, we can offer something truly unique.

“The water effects we use at Aqua Bellatores have never been featured in park shows before. For this reason, we also developed the technology behind them in-house. We are very proud of that.”

The show will take place in the Port Laguna entrance area. The stage will reflect an idyllic Mediterranean style.

The stage design, which was developed by the company Create! and stands on a temporary scaffolding construction by AXIS Structures, is 25-metres wide, 12-metres deep and 7-metres high.

The show was created in cooperation with the Scottish show company Falcon Entertainment.

Aqua Bellatores will premier on 7 April and run through the summer until 27 August with between two to four shows daily.
