Bobbejaanland is modernising thanks to enhancements on digital innovations working with Purematic.
The Belgium theme park has taken an important step towards data-driven optimisation with the installation of the pure.AIS system onboard attractions Revolution and Fury.
Thanks to precise real-time data on waiting times and operating procedures, Bobbejaanland now has thorough transparency regarding the performance of its rides. The information gained enables targeted control of visitor flows, shortens waiting times and ensures significantly more efficient organisation in daily park operations.
And for the first time ever, the system will be in operation in a mobile Halloween installation. For the popular Halloween maze, pure.AIS collects important key figures such as waiting times, visitor flow and utilisation. This provides the park with valuable data even for temporary attractions, which can be used for planning, personnel management and future events.
The pure.AIS system provides a variety of Ride Performance Indicators (RPI), including live waiting times, capacity, output, downtime, operational quality as well as other relevant operating data.
“This makes it possible to monitor operating processes even more accurately, identify optimisation potential at an early stage and react flexibly to changes in visitor flows,” said a spokesperson for purematic.
