The Kaohsiung site adds R&D, manufacturing and testing under one roof as the Taiwanese ride maker targets larger international projects.

Brogent Technologies has opened its Ciaotou Science Park Branch in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The facility marks a significant expansion of the company’s production and development capacity for immersive ride systems supplied to theme parks worldwide.

The site spans more than 33,000m² and includes a 12-metre-clearance R&D and production environment. Overhead crane systems support high-complexity assembly, while high-bay production halls and integrated testing environments allow full system builds to be completed on site. The configuration is designed specifically for large-scale attraction engineering — the kind of project where headroom, logistics and testing proximity all affect delivery timelines.

Chih-Hung Ouyang, chairman of Brogent Technologies, described the site’s purpose directly. ‘It is a “Dream Factory” where engineering, creativity, and immersive storytelling converge,’ he said. ‘Equipped with automated production systems and Brogent’s proprietary AI-powered dynamic simulation technology, the facility accelerates development cycles and transforms creative concepts into world-class entertainment experiences.’

The Ciaotou branch consolidates research, development, manufacturing, system integration and testing into a single location. For international buyers, that matters. Fewer handoffs between sites typically means tighter tolerances on delivery and quality control. Brogent says the facility also increases its ability to customise projects for specific client requirements without compromising output speed.

The opening comes as demand for high-capacity, technically complex attractions continues to grow across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Brogent’s existing portfolio includes flying theatres and motion platforms installed at major theme park destinations globally. The Ciaotou facility gives it the physical infrastructure to take on larger and more technically demanding projects concurrently.
