Drayton Manor are counting down the imminent opening of its new roller coaster set to a wild west theme, Gold Rush.
The park teased further details for a roller coaster which will accompany the new Frontier Falls themes land which opening this spring – namely it will become the UK’s longest family coaster.
“This summer is about to get EPIC with Gold Rush, the UK’s longest family coaster! stated a park statement.
“Perfect for thrill-seeking youngsters with just a 1-metre height restriction. Opening soon at Drayton Manor Resort!”
The ride will be constructed by Intamin and riders with an annual pass by the 11 July will be able to secure VIP access to the exclusive press event for Gold Rush.
