Known as the Vikinglop, it is set to be the largest waterslide in Europe.
The attraction will be a racing slide at Europe-Park’s Rulantica waterworld. Up to eight riders can take the eight-slide plunge and splash down the 4921ft (1500-metres) slide.
Riders take their mats and slide head first to a thrilling finish.
The Nordiskturn’ tower is another facility featuring two F&B facilities catering for 400 lounges.
“With ‘Nordiskturn’ and ‘Vikingløp’, we are very proud to now be opening the third slide tower, as well as the largest and most complex expansion of the indoor area of the Rulantica water world to date,” said Roland Mack, Owner of Europa-Park.
“We have thus been able to expand our year-round offering in a very attractive way.”
