The first Ferrari destination in Asia is closer to reality after a promotion conference took place at the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC) in Tongzhou District.
The cultural and tourism zone of held an investment promotion conference, where contracts for projects such as Ferrari World Entertainment Complex were successfully signed, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan.
Ferrari World Entertainment Complex would be an adrenaline-filled destination where speed meets passion. It will feature the world’s fastest roller coaster Formula Rossa, Ferrari Esports Arena, Ferrari Museum, Ferrari Club, and a variety of other attractions.
Plans for a Ferrari-themed destination have been in the pipeline since 2016 when Ferrari and the Chinese Government signed an agreement ‘for the licensing of the design, construction and operation of a new Ferrari theme park to be located in one of the primary cities in Mainland China.’
