The world’s largest beachfront Indoor waterpark is officially open to the public.
ISLAND Waterpark at The Showboat Resort officially opened this summer and houses a retractable roof which allows for more pleasant climatic conditions before closing through the cooler temperatures of the year.
The waterpark covers 120,000 sq.ft and provides 11 next-generation slides including the Sonic Serpent and Barracuda Blaster tube slides. The water park will house a lazy river and man-made waterfall.
The resort also features Paradise Adult Island, an entertainment complex adjacent to the ISLAND Waterpark, accompanied by a DJ, Bliss Pool and an adults-only pool facing the Atlantic Ocean with the only swim-up bar in Atlantic City.
