One Platform, Eight Parks – Enchanted Parks Selects Vantage to Power Its Guest Experience

Listen to this article

Enchanted Parks has selected Vantage as its enterprise-wide guest engagement platform, deploying the system across all eight of its US venues. The announcement, made from Vancouver, Canada, marks one of the most comprehensive guest technology integrations the attractions sector has seen in recent years. The Enchanted Parks Vantage rollout is scheduled to go live across all eight parks by Q2 2026.

Enchanted Parks is the newly formed operating entity backed by EPR Properties, which acquired six former Six Flags parks to build a portfolio of eight venues across the United States. Revitalising both rides and guest experience sits at the core of its strategy. Technology is clearly the first lever the new operator is pulling – and it has pulled hard.

The Vantage platform connects every stage of the guest journey into a single, real-time profile. Ticketing, park entry, in-park spending, loyalty rewards, and post-visit engagement all feed into one unified system. The technology stack brings together TicketSpice for ticketing, TCPOS by Zucchetti for point of sale, Lodgical by Zucchetti for property management, and VersioPay for omni-channel payments – all connected through Vantage’s central integration layer.

Guest-facing features include SmartPay for frictionless cashless transactions, MyCart for in-app mobile commerce, and MyPerks – a gamified loyalty programme that drives repeat visits across the full park portfolio. Guests will access these through GuestVue, a branded multi-park mobile app available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store ahead of the Q2 launch. The Enchanted Parks Vantage app is already available to download in anticipation of the rollout.

On the operations side, the platform equips teams with SmartControl for streamlined access management, SmartNotify for context-triggered guest communications, SmartVue for real-time analytics, and Vue360 for centralised configuration across all eight sites. Aaron Mendelson, Senior Vice President at Vantage, was direct about the ambition. “By unifying ticketing, payments, point of sale, property management, and guest engagement under one platform, we’re giving Enchanted Parks the ability to know their guests better, serve them faster, and create moments that keep them coming back.”

The Enchanted Parks Vantage deployment sets a clear benchmark. Managing eight parks under a single guest data architecture – from first click to final exit – is no small feat.
