The popular Puy du Fou theme park is making roots in the UK thanks to plans to create a British based venue.
The French operators base its attractions on historical themes and Puy du Fou would celebrate the best of British history.
A site has been earmarked near Junction 10 of the M40 motorway in Oxford, close by Bicester.
It is expected that Puy du Fou will invest 300m into the project, creating up to 700 jobs when open.
Puy du Fou has two current parks located in Les Epesses in France, which opened in 1978 and in Toledo, Spain, established in 2021. Both are celebrated parks for its historical storytelling and spectacular world class shows depicting historical events from yesteryear.
