RWS Global is marking the 2025 holiday season with more than 150 custom entertainment experiences across theme parks, resorts, retail destinations, and cruise lines.
The company anticipates welcoming more than 7.5 million visitors worldwide with programming that blends traditional holiday elements with contemporary, theatrical design.
Known for its end-to-end approach to live entertainment, RWS Global develops and delivers creative concepts, casting, production, costume design, decor, media, and operations for partners across the hospitality and leisure industries.
This season’s slate spans North America, Europe, Asia, and at-sea destinations. Participating partners include Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, Merlin Entertainments, Parque Reunidos, Premiere Parks, Simon Malls, Madison Square Garden, the Los Angeles Zoo, and multiple cruise lines, among others.
“We look forward all year long to creating one-of-a-kind seasonal experiences for guests of all ages,” says Ryan Stana, Chairman and CEO, RWS Global.
“It is a joy to see our team’s creativity elevate holiday experiences for families worldwide. We take special pride in knowing our work helps create emotional souvenirs that last far beyond the season.”
The 2025 holiday period marks the conclusion of a year of significant expansion for the company. RWS Global opened new offices in Shanghai, Riyadh, and Orlando; added the Harmony Helper rehearsal app to its portfolio; and strengthened its presence in sports entertainment with engagements for major global tournaments and leagues.
Newly established collaborations with OneTeam Partners, Snapchat, The Verdon Fosse Legacy, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines and Fred Rogers Productions further broaden the company’s reach in branded and immersive experiences.
