The Hole in Wand has teed off its first year in style with recognition in the shape of featuring on the shortlist for two awards in the Lancashire Tourism Awards.
The categories which feature The Hole in Wand are the New Tourism Business award and Visitor Attraction award.
The golfing venue added that “we are thrilled to announce we have been shortlisted for TWO awards in the Lancashire Tourism Awards. The winners going on to represent the region at the National finals in the Visit England Awards.”
The nominees for the New Tourism Business include Assheton Arms, Downham, Everything Retreat, Mellor, Fell Urban Bistro, Longridge, Mill House Farm Pods, Cockerham, The Estuary Riverside Chalets, Hambleton, The Hole in Wand Blackpool and The Rum Fox, Grindleton.
Meanwhile, the Visitor Attraction nominees include Lancashire Police Museum, Lancaster, The Hole in Wand Blackpool, and Windmill Animal Farm, Burscough.
