Port Aventura has confirmed that its new attraction Uncharted will open on 17 June.
The dark ride promises a thrilling experience thanks to the expertise of darks ride manufactures, Sally Dark Rides and roller coaster constructors, Intamin.
Features of the ride will be its speed and accelerations in the midst of darkness along with impressive visual effects designed exclusive for Uncharted, which is based on the Sony Pictures blockbuster of the same name and staring Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland.
The ride will be located in the park’s area known as Far West, with its exterior in keeping with the theming of a rocky mountain in the desert.
Port Aventura ramp up expectations by telling guests the mission of the adventure to “go through the secret entrance that accesses Penitence Mountain and step into the darkness. Once inside, your mission is clear: avoid the many traps that protect the gold and get out of there with it.”
