At its core is patented SmartTrax technology, enabling real time tracking of player movements and actions without wearables or manual resets. This data feeds into Unreal Engine-powered visuals, projected floor-to-ceiling for cinematic realism and instant responsiveness. Players step inside a game chamber surrounded by floor-to-ceiling screens powered by Unreal Engine, delivering cinematic-quality visuals that react instantly to every move.
Patented SmartTrx tracking technology ensures that every action, whether solving puzzles, dodging enemies, or firing IR blasters, shapes the evolving game world in real time.
A new benchmark for immersive attractions: dynamic responsive gameplay in one high-tech space
Unlike static attractions, FuzionGamz offers adaptive gameplay. The system adjusts difficulty and objectives based on player age and skill, enabling mixed-age groups to share the same adventure. Younger players might swat bugs while teens battle bosses, all within the same responsive universe. Hidden relics unlock powers; Easter eggs tell character backstories and unlimited layers of discovery encourage repeat visits and deeper engagement.
Meanwhile, the concept was developed by Rick Briggs, an industry pioneer well known for industry innovations like MagiQuest and the iconic waterpark splash bucket among many others. Briggs explains: “I wanted to create something that feels like stepping inside a video game, but with real-world interaction and teamwork.
“FuzionGamz is about merging digital immersion with physical play, to provide something to appeal to all ages.”
Furthermore, the first installation at AmazingXscapes, a family-run escape room venue with hundreds of five-star reviews, has added FuzionGamz as its fifth experience.
