The £12 million ($16m) hotel opening next spring at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in England will be called Boulevard (BLVD) Hotel.
Located alongside the existing Big Blue Hotel, the 120-room property will boast 120 guest rooms, including 10 suites and family rooms. There will be a mix of park and sea-facing rooms. Facilities will also include the new Beachside Restaurant, Ocean Bar, Surfside Café and Shoreside Conference Centre.
“We want to build on the success of the Big Blue Hotel and offer visitors to Blackpool yet another stylish hotel which exceeds the expectations of both leisure and business visitors,” says Amanda Thompson OBE, Blackpool Pleasure Beach managing director.
The new hotel will generate 30 new permanent and 40 seasonal vacancies.
