Mickey Mouse and friends are to bring a fun character dining experience to Chef Mickey’s restaurant in Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando comprises of the modern Disney Resort Hotel and award-winning dining.
On December 16, 2020, Mickey and pals will bring character dining to the restaurant alongside a new menu. Diners will be able to tuck into traditional breakfast items, including the legendary Mickey waffles, as well as new signature dishes. Among the items will be Mickey’s “Celebration” Pancakes with whipped cream, pixie dust and celebration sprinkles. The “Loaded” Potato-Cheese Casserole topped with smoked bacon crumbles and chives, promises to be a hit among diners.
Goofy will also be presenting a new dish known as Goofy’s Banana Bread French Toast. The dish is made with banana bread baked in orange-scented French toast batter and topped with Espresso-mascarpone cream, chocolate crumbles and toasted bananas.
Guests will be able to share smiles and waves with their favourite Disney characters as they dine, who will be parading around the restaurant dressed as chefs.
