A contract has been signed to develop a new tourism project in the city of Rizhao in the Shandong province of China. Known as Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday Park, the site will extend over an area of 650mu (approx. 43 hectares). The project comes with a 2.3bn yuan investment.
The huge tourism complex will comprise of an indoor and outdoor waterpark centred on a tropical theme, a children’s park focused on creating a parent-child experience, diverse catering, an ecological hotel, a high-end business convention centre, among many other facilities.
