Details of the Evergrande Cultural Tourism City and Evergrande Fairyland in Kunming in the Yunnan province of China.
The Evergrande children’s park, developed by Kunming Children’s World Tourism Development Co., will be constructed in two phases. The park will have an area of approximately 100.5 hectares.
The site will feature a number of amusement attractions, including a fairy tale street, and a multimedia, interactive warship.
The Evergrande children’s park has a total investment of 32bn yuan (approx. US$4.575bn). Construction of the site in expected to start imminently.
